Three decades connecting policy to practice, technology partners to educators, state agencies to school districts, and ideas to implementation.

Seventeen plus years at Washington's Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction. Five and a half years as SETDA's longest-serving executive director, leading its network of state technology leaders and serving as lead contractor on the U.S. Department of Education's 2024 National Educational Technology Plan. Service as U.S. focal point for the UNESCO‑UNICEF Gateways to Public Digital Learning Initiative.

Today, that thinking continues through conversations with boards, leadership teams, and organizations working through the same questions.
